The Akashic Records is the Book of Life mentioned in many ancient texts. It is a record of every thought, action and experience throughout each soul’s journey; past, present and future. 

This vast library of information is now accessible to us again. We can access our records for soul wisdom, guidance and direction if we are struggling in anyway.

ARI-Therapy® is a new technology for psychotherapists, therapists or healers who want to integrate high Akashic frequency into their work; raising the resonance, clarity and depth of the therapeutic work.

  • This is a private consultation, both online or in-person, where your consultation lasts 50-70 minutes. Perhaps you have a question about your current life, a past life, ancestral issues, your relationships, an illness, injury or trauma?

    You may want to seek guidance on what to do next in your life or which path to follow if you have a decision to make. You may even want to ask for a healing or a clearing of unresolved issues? All is possible with this work: all is possible with Spirit; as long as it is in keeping with your Soul’s highest purpose.

    ·  An initial 20 minute phone call to discuss where you’re at in your journey and arrange your Clarity schedule 

    ·  3 x personalised 70-minute consultations (via Zoom or face-to-face) which include a blend of Akashic readings and integrative work including spiritual mentoring, Reiki healing, psychotherapy, and business coaching 

    ·  Lessons in breathwork, polyvagal theory and meditation so you can master your own autonomic nervous system responses and bring your body back in to balance

  • This is an open, subscription-free, once-monthly Q&A style forum for anyone interested in all things akasha. You may have had an akashic reading recently and are curious to find out more. Perhaps you’re starting out on your spiritual journey and you’d like more information about the Akasha, or perhaps you’ve just completed a training with me (or elsewhere) and want top tips in developing your understanding of the Akasha and how best to integrate it into your business. All questions will be welcome here.

    I am making this available so you have a regular resource where you know you can bring questions about the Akasha or ARI-Therapy® and how it’s integrating into your therapeutic approach.

    The open forums will run the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm BST/GMT and you will receive the zoom link as soon as you book your slot.

Jennifer is a psychotherapist with over 20 years experience (jmstherapy) and is also an EMDR consultant, Integrative trainer and supervisor.

Jennifer believes that we’ve all incarnated at this time for a reason. We’re here to finally process and integrate the karmic wounds we’ve collected from previous lives. I don’t believe we have time for protracted psychotherapy and personal analysis anymore.

For Jennifer, incorporating the high frequency wisdom of the Akasha into our lives, even into our therapies, accelerates this processing of old wounds, trauma and states of victimhood that many of us are stuck in.
